DII Accounts product license terms

What this license covers

DII Accounts is licensed as software access for your organisation. It gives you use of the product features available on your plan while your account remains active and in good standing.

What it does not replace

The product helps you run accounting workflows, but it does not replace professional legal, tax, or regulated advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, filings, and approvals.

Use of workspace data

You may use the workspace for your own operational and accountant-collaboration workflows. You must not misuse the service, disrupt other users, or attempt to extract product logic outside normal access routes.

Subscriptions and access

Paid features depend on the active subscription attached to your workspace. If a subscription changes, feature access may change with it. Historic accounting data stays attached to the organisation records created in the product.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product matures. Material operational changes should be reflected in this page and in the product shell footer link.
